SO...me and zak decided to add to the fam this last week. I mean really it was quite easier than other people have to do it, i just skipped getting pregnant and we got a dog. So i've never had a dog before in my life. So we were thinking about getting a small dog, like a boston or an english bulldog. Something little. But every time we looked at dogs this certain type of dog came up and we always thought it was so beautiful. They are just good looking dogs. Well we decided to be gutsy and get this dog. The dog we decided to get was a GREAT dane! ya...a little big, not so small i'd say! But we love her! We've heard nothing but great things about these dogs and she's proven us right! We named her Jade! Cutest dog on the block i'd say! She has these big floppy ears and she runs ( i mean gallops) around and her ears just flop. Shes so freakin cute! Shes very quite and sleeps alot. seriously! she'll play for like an hour, but then sleep for like 3. She's so cute.
The last several days she's been so good about going to the bathroom outside but two nights ago it was really windy. Well we took her outside and she would just look around and around and finally just sprint to the door. She was so scared, so we had to carry our 27 pound puppie out several times. Well she wouldnt go. So we took her in and right when she came back in she peed on the floor. kinda funny really! But shes cute. i never thought i would get attached to a little dog. I mean big dog. But i did! Hopefully i'll prove my friends right in the fact that i won't act so retarded around dogs anymore because now i have one!
