OUR summer so far.

Cubrant Lake.. this is our favorite hike and lake. Not to long, not to short, but the sweetest part of it is the camping site. But we just went up here on a sunday. It was nice. We caught like 4 inch fish. Jade kept wandering off. I found that sweet shoe down their. You know it was really old because it still had nails in it. I should have brought it home. Zak kept getting "orbs" on his face.

I think she loves me.. more than zak. True story.

More Cabin time.. it is so beautiful up their. i love the uinta's. It's also funny to see jade try and swim but rather freak out cause she doesn't know what to do.

Flaming gorge.. Me, zak, jerry, and heather headed down to flaming gorge to fish. We got alot of fish as you might tell! What up, i got the biggest, ya 26". Not to shabby. We fished and fished, it gets a little old. But we had fun, camping and bugging the antelope! Funniest thing about the trip is heather (picture below to prove) was "feelin a big one" and it did take her awhile to reel this one up, and well i think she didn't expect what she got, but she got a ROCK. Funny i know.

Spiral Jetty.. Ya it's a work of art. It's really quite cool, it takes forever to get out their. And make sure you take a car that can handle rocks. Ya, i got a flat tire in my wagon. Zak thought it could handle. But this thing is very big, and made out of large rocks. It's really well known, i think it was made in the 70's. Not sure though. But It's worth it. The great salt lake is so beautiful, it's just a raw beauty for sure.

Laundry... ya so i guess it's pretty comfortable. Dog standard. I'll have to try it out.

Desert Peak.. If you want to go on a beautiful hike, go on this one. It's past grantsville, and its in the middle of no where, but it is really beautiful. We hiked 4 miles in, and then it started to rain. We fast woman walked out of their in like 45 minutes and it rained the whole time! it was really funny, poor jade just shivered the whole time. She's such a little baby.

Up at the Cabin.. Me, zak, shanae, flannery parentals, and tay and ryke. We went up to a lake and attempted to fish (i don't think their were fish in this lake) , got caught in the snow in the truck, the power went out and we played monopoly (which i will never play again because of zak's competitivness for me to just lose) and a great game of sculping food out of play dough! It was a good trip up at the cabin.
